1. Introduction

By accessing our website or engaging with Webrixio for technical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms ensure a fair and productive relationship between our engineering team and your business.

2. Operational Policies

Payment Protocol

Work begins only after a 50% advance. The remaining 50% must be settled before the website goes live. No work will commence without a confirmed receipt.

Scope Definition

Only items explicitly mentioned in the approved proposal are included. Additional features requested after the project start will be quoted separately.

Revision Iterations

Includes one comprehensive round of revisions. Structural changes or extra rounds after the initial phase will be billed as additional work.

Support Window

We provide 7 days of complimentary post-launch support for bug fixes. Long-term updates require separate monthly care plans.

3. Payments & Billing

To secure your spot in our development sprint, a 50% advance payment is required. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has officially commenced. Full ownership transfer occurs only after the 100% project balance is settled.

4. Delivery & Timelines

We move fast—often shipping initial builds in days. However, timelines are dependent on client responsiveness. Delays in feedback or asset provision will push back launch dates proportionately.

5. Intellectual Property

Webrixio retains ownership of all pre-built code bases and proprietary design systems used. Custom assets created specifically for you are transferred to your ownership upon final payment receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webrixio and its team members are not liable for any indirect damages, business interruptions, loss of revenue, or data loss resulting from the use of our services or third-party cloud tools like Render and Netlify.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating region.
